This apartment is centrally located in the city, not far from the famous Welschdörfli. Although it is close to the center, it is situated away from the nightlife district. The entrance is discreet and unobtrusive, as with all our properties.


The apartment features a BDSM room equipped with an Andreas cross, a large bondage setup for seated restraints, a small steel bondage setup for floor use, and a private sink. This setup is particularly well-suited for long-term training and demonstration plays.


Wi-Fi is available. One room has air conditioning, while two other rooms are equipped with ventilation-cooling units that also purify and humidify the air, ensuring an optimal room climate.
