I am Bastian, the operator of SensualSuites. Here you will find the most important information about our operations and offerings. If you are looking for a suitable workspace and would like to try working with us, you are warmly welcome.

I rent fully organized workspaces to independent women, trans individuals, and dominatrices in the cantons of Zurich, Graubünden, St. Gallen, Schwyz, and Thurgau. All apartments are clean, discreet, and furnished to a high standard! To remain at the forefront of the competition and secure the trust of your clients, we exclusively rent to women and trans individuals who advertise with original photos.


Rental costs per week (Monday to Sunday)
The prices vary depending on the location between 700.- and 950.- CHF

Chur: Price upon request - multiple workspaces

Märstetten 1: Price upon request - One workspace in a beautiful, large loft apartment

Märstetten 2: Price upon request - One workspace in a 2.5-room apartment

Altendorf: Price upon request - multiple workspaces

Mels 1: Price upon request - One workspace in a 2.5-room apartment

Mels 2: Price upon request - multiple workspaces

Wald: Price upon request - One workspace in a 2.5-room apartment


Information on Withholding Tax:
In the cantons of Graubünden, Thurgau, and St. Gallen, an additional withholding tax of CHF 25 per day applies for individuals working under a 90-day permit. This tax is specifically for those working as independent contractors or freelancers in these regions.

Rental Payment and Withholding Tax: Both the rental fee and the withholding tax are to be settled on the Friday of the workweek. This arrangement means that no advance payment is required.


 

 All women and transsexual individuals who choose to work with us during Easter and Christmas will receive a thank-you discount of 100 CHF on the weekly rental fee!

 

SM rooms should be reserved in advance. We ensure that no two dominatrices or transsexuals work in the same apartment simultaneously.

 

 



Apartment Availability:
Apartments in Mels and Märstetten (each including one SM-apartment) are intended for single occupancy only.
Wald for 1 person.
Chur (with SM room) for 3 people.
Altendorf for 5 people.

Requirements:
The only requirements are valid documents, original photos, reliability, cleanliness, and collegiality.
Depending on the apartment, 1 to 4 women or transgender individuals are present. There is a stress-free, pleasant working environment in a region with relatively little competition and a well-established regular clientele! The apartments are centrally and discreetly located, featuring their own kitchen, sun terrace, and spacious living areas.

Fully equipped kitchen utensils

Usable sex equipment (mirrors, bondage grips, Andreas crosses)

Wi-Fi in all apartments

   Central locations, close to train stations and shopping facilities!

You set your own prices for services; we do not interfere with your work methods!


Take advantage of the strong Swiss franc and the higher prices!


Women from all EU countries are allowed to work with us for up to 90 days per year without a permit through a simple online procedure.

 We take care of that for you!
